Tacos! The talented food purveyors have been busy concocting their best taco creations ever, including:
NW Burgers: Street Taco with local fresh seasoned ground beef, avocado crème fraiche, sweet yellow onions, cilantro and cotija AND Chicken Tortilla Soup
Tonalli Latin Kitchen will be featuring their Pescado Taco: beer-battered fish, lime cilantro slaw & pico de gallo on a corn tortilla topped with crema
Moi Poki Grill: Spicy Tuna Wonton Tacos & Rockin’ Fish Tacos
Pizza Cue: Beef Birria Tacos
Specialty Tequila & Cocktails! The Whiskey Lab will be featuring past, present & future agave spirit-based cocktail favorites from their staff. There will be a handful of specialty agave spirits making Lab debuts, a full array of new flights and agua frescas to pair with event fare. Amanda from Hood River Distillers will be on hand Thursday night repping Batanga with plenty of things to give away.
Event Draft List: Staying in theme, the beer hall will be featuring several lagers, fruited beers & tequila barrel-aged ciders & brews throughout the event. We’ll have the full draft list for you here, but you can expect to taste:
