PublicHouse is excited to announce our 2nd Annual Pacific NorthWest Fest featuring food & cocktail creations utilizing and sharing ingredients from local sources.
The PublicHouse food vendors will be working with the Whisk(e)y Lab crew to design menus featuring the bounty of the Pacific Northwest.
Cocktails & Food Specials: The Whisk(e)y Lab crew and each of the food vendors are preparing specialty cocktails & menu items featuring local ingredients produced by local people in and around our area.
From the Whiskey Lab:
Strawberries & Hibiscus: Timberline Vodka, Strawberry & Hibiscus Shrub, Soda, Vanilla Sugar Rim (*featuring hibiscus from Mountain Rose Herbs and Strawberries from Groundwork’s Organics)
Flowers & Honey: Bourbon, Honey, Lemon, Edible Flower (*featuring Honey from Stark Raven Nut Ranch and Flowers from Long Table Farm)
Hazelnuts & Coffee: Roasted Hazelnut-infused Aged Rum, Cold Brew Concentrate, Coffee Liqueur, Vanilla Demerara (*featuring Roasted Hazelnuts from Hazelnut Hill)
Snap Peas & Radish: Gin, Snap Pea, Lime, Pickled Radish (*featuring Snap Peas from Wild Child Farm and Radish from Wintergreen Farm)
From the Food Purveyors:
Moi Poki Grill will be featuring an Oregon Dungeness Crab Roll and a Strawberry Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Black Market BBQ will be featuring sauteed mushroom sourced from the PNW as a special option for their Mac and Cheese
Tiny’s West Coast Kitchen will be featuring a Painted Hills Pastrami Specialty Slice with Banana Peppers and Mustard
Tonalli Latin Kitchen will be featuring El Metate Tortillas— served everyday at Tonalli and baked fresh in Springfield. Served as a taco, House Chips and Nachos— chips made fresh daily
Shalosh will be featuring Sujuk Arayes: Armenian Sausage wrapped in pita, grilled and served with marinated cabbage and sumac onions with a garlic schug sauce
From the BeerHall: The Beer Hall's draft list will be full of Northwest flavors, featuring some of the best breweries and cideries from the PNW, including:

Entertainment: Each night of the event we’ll be featuring live music and entertainment with a line-up of ALL LOCAL artists, including:
