Lloyd L Tolbert has played harmonica for over 40 years and is a fixture in Eugene’s local blues scene. He is currently fronting The Lloyd L Tolbert Band. Regular band members include: RJ Herb – guitar & vocals, Rick Markstrom – drums & vocals and Michael Hatgis – bass & vocals. We are STOKED to have them here for this awesome event!
