We are absolutely STOKED to welcome Alchemy Cider Co., one of Portland’s newest cideries, to our house. Alchemy offers a focused lineup of small-batch, naturally fermented ciders alongside guest taps featuring local ciders and craft beers. Founded in 2025 by beverage industry veteran Kirk Evans, the company embraces a “meta‑gothic” aesthetic and bold flavor profiles. (Northwest Beer Guide)

We will be featuring four of their ciders on draft, with a rep on site doing tastings and giveaways. To top it off, there will be live music with Etouffee on the back lawn starting at 6:30pm. Alchemy’s Cider on Draft:

• Blackberry Magic – Juicy blackberry with aromatic lemon verbena

• King’s Ransom- semi-dry heirloom cider made with 100% Kingston Black Apples

• Citrus Soothsayer- semi-dry cider made with calamansi grapefruit, blood orange and a hint of sea salt
