Inaugural Pacific Northwest Fest: May 22-26 at PublicHouse
PublicHouse is excited to announce a brand new event featuring food & cocktail creations utilizing and sharing ingredients from local sources.
The PublicHouse food vendors will be working with the Whisk(e)y Lab crew to design menus featuring the bounty of the Pacific Northwest so stay tuned for all of those details as the event gets closer. Here are some of the delicious food you can expect:
Moi Poki Grill will feature Tropical Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Chicken sourced from Draper Valley
Pizza Cue will feature Korean BBQ Sticky Ribs: Baby Back Ribs rubbed with Asian Spices & tossed in Korean BBQ Sauce, served with Asian Style Slaw and Cucumbers from Carlton Farms
NorthWest Burgers will feature a Fried Egg Bacon Burger: Tangled Orchard Fried Egg with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Local Ground Beef Burger, Choice of Cheese, LTO and a side item
Tonalli Latin Kitchen will be featuring fresh El Metate Tortillas (throughout their menu, as always) and a Pecado Plate with Pork from Carlton Farms
Cocktails: The Whisk(e)y Lab crew is preparing specialty cocktails featuring local ingredients produced by local people in and around our area including Clear Creek Distillery and Mountain Rose Herbs. Some of the specific ingredients they will be focusing on with these cocktails are:
Honey, Herb and Flower
Mushrooms
Local IPA
Hazelnut
Marionberry
Egg (from Tangled Orchard Farms)
Local Pinot Noir
Each night of the event we’ll be featuring live music out on The Lawn, including:
Matthew McDaniel, Wednesday- Live on the Lawn at 6:30pm
Jamos Blood, Thursday- Live on the Lawn at 6:30pm
Olem Alves Duo, Thursday- Live in the Whisk(e)y Lab at 6pm (21 and over show)
Acoustic Minds, Friday- Live on the Lawn at 7pm
The Stagger and Sway, Saturday- Live on the Lawn at 7pm
Inner Limits, Sunday- Live on the Lawn at 3:30pm
Music is suitable for all ages (with the exception of the Whisk(e)y Lab) and free to enjoy.
