Annual Winterfest starts December 17 at PublicHouse

Tis the season for Indulgence… and why not? Everyone deserves it! For 5 days, PublicHouse will be extra festive and spirited! Our Annual Springfield WinterFest will feature winter drinks, holiday fare, Ugly Sweaters and entertainment under our fully-enclosed and heated Big Top tent.

Drafts / Cocktails / Spirits: This event will feature SUCH an array of winter festive drafts and cocktails. The team is busy putting together their lists… and checking them twice… here’s just some of what you can expect:

  • Whiskey Lab

    • Hot Buttered Rum. Pussers Rum, Demerara, House Butter Batter, Hot Water

    • Baltimore Egg Nog. Cognac, Rum, Peach, Sugar, Dairy, Whole Egg, Nutmeg

    • Azteca. Mezcal, English Breakfast Tea Infused with Mexican Hot Chocolate, Vanilla, Ginger, Cream, Egg White

Holiday Fare: What types of foods do you think of during the holidaze? The creative food purveyors at PublicHouse will be featuring specials that remind them of festive times in their lives, including:

  • Cranberry Panna Cotta from Sugar Kisses

  • Brisket Brie & Cranberry Panini from Black Market BBQ

  • Albondigas, a traditional Mexican Soup, from Tonalli Latin Kitchen

  • Pig Roast Loco Moco and Chicken Adobo with Garlic Rice from Moi Poki Grill

  • Ham & Cheese Smash from Tiny’s West Coast

  • Latke Party (house-made potato pancakes with a variety of toppings and sides) and Sufganiyot (house-made donuts filled with raspberry jam & dusted with powdered sugar) from Shalosh

Ugly Sweater Day with Egan Warming Center: We are excited to be working with the Egan Warming Center of Eugene once again for this event. We’ll continue to collect any socks, gloves, hats, scarves, coats… throughout the event, but Saturday is when it’s really going to count! All day on Saturday the 20th— we’ll donate $1.00 from every beverage sold. AND— if you wear an Ugly Sweater, you’ll be entered into our Winterfest 25 Raffle for your chance to win a bunch of stuff including merch, gift cards & more. Raffle Winners will be contacted Sunday morning.
