BREAKSIDE BEER Dustin, our beer buyer, has been planning this event since last year’s. The folks over at Breakside will be filling up our entire draft list with their award-winning beer including a collab from PublicHouse and Breakside: Down to Clown West Coast IPA. Made with Idaho 7, Mosaic and Krush Hops; Two Row, Pilsner and Wheat Malts. “In the spirit of collaboration, we mashed up some of our favorite techniques and current trends in West Coast IPA: a cool fermentation, low color wheat, some Mosaic terpenes, selected Cryo lots, and a little hop named Krush that has everyone (rightly) in a tizzy. -Breakside” Check out all of the Breakside Brews that will be lighting up our list:
